Cabbage Patch Kid-o asked:
ive been on Royal Carribean Cruise (international cruise) and i know that if a parent gives consent, the person 18+ but not 21 can consume alcoholic beverages. I just want to know if Carnival has the same rules because I can’t seem to find the answer.

It’s a no for carnival.
I do know that Celebrity Cruises will allow it though.
No you are not suppose to, but if you meet a nnice bartender like i did. He will let it slide. I was 19 and able to drink.
No…
The age for drinking onboard all Carnival vessels is 21…without exception. They have strict onboard security to ensure these rules are complied with.
The statement about the ‘nice bartender’ is B*llocks, the bartenders would risk immediate dismissal for breaking the law and these guys are there for the career not just a summer of fun.
Take my word on this, I worked for Carnival for eleven years.
they won’t let you purchase, but i am not sure what they will do to actually stop you. i was on a cruise a few weeks ago and i seen several people underage drinking, and i am not sure how some of the staff could not notice.
