Jen asked:

I know in Europe, 18 is the drinking age but they are very lenient in most places and don’t card. Would it be the same on a cruise? (in the east mediterranean, from italy to greece to turkey to croatia) What would be the consequences of underage drinking? I’ll be 16, and I’m not planning to get drunk or anything, just have a drink or 2. I’m from the US, and the cruise brochure says usually less than 50% of people on the cruise will be from the US. Thanks! and cheers!

We are leaving July 15th, traveling from Barcelona, to sicily, to naples, rome, florence, cannes, then back to Barcelona. I was just wondering if the weather in the mediteranean during summer months was actually like summer weather, which is what we are hoping for. Thanks for any responses!

I’m going on a cruise in the Mediterranean sea in LATE OCTOBER/NOVEMBER so I need advice on what kind of clothes to wear! (Links are helpful!) I don’t want to be all bundled up, but I don’t want to catch a cold. I wish I could somehow wear summer-y clothes, please help!

I’m going on a Mediterranean cruise (ports include Barcelona, Nice, Livorno, Rome, Naples and Sicily, then back to Barcelona). My nationality requires me to get a schengen visa – however I was only given a single entry schengen visa. The ports I will be visiting are countries within the schengen agreement (Spain, France, Italy) – however, we are cruising on international waters. Will I be safe – meaning, will I be allowed to enter Barcelona again?

Melchizedek asked:

avoid God’s Will, a great storm arose at sea and Jonah was thrown overboard, swallowed by a whale and spat out on the shores of Nineveh, the very place he was trying to avoid. Jonah remained in the belly of the whale for three days and three nights.
Question:
If you were Jonah, what would have been the first thing you did after being spat out of a whale?

When did you take your cruise?

What were your favorite ports?

What excursion did you take / what did you see?

No links needed for the excursion just where you went and what you did please. Also if you did the night gondola ride in venice w/ a singer how was it?

Sicily’s Tony asked:

I live in the United States and I would love to do a Mediterranean cruise. I want to mostly go to Italy, Greece, Turkey, may be even France and Spain.

What’s best time of the year to go on a good deal?

How much am I expecting to spend?

What if it’s me and my fiance? Can I get a better deal for 2 people? It would be a nice honeymoon! :)
What month would be considered the off season? it probably will be the cheapest
