I was just wondering if anyone has ever been on the Weston royal Caribbean Cruise before the one that goes to Labadie, Jamaica Grand Cayman & Mexico because im suppose to be going in march and I was wondering if anyone had any tips for me on places to visit and things to do and see and just an overall view and opinion of the holiday?

I’ve cruised this itinerary before. Labadee is for the most part just a beach day. That area is privately leased by royal caribbean so you’re not actually visiting Haiti. They provide lunch and have a performance by local dancers. They also have a souvenir shop and a tram so you can get around the whole area. The vendors in the shop are extremely aggresive. It’s a good place to relax on the beach, don’t waste your money on excursions as everything you can get to on your own. They do have a zip line, which may be fun to do. Jamaica has a lot of great sites to see. My friends and I visited the falls, did a tour of the area and lunch at one of the local restaurants. The vendors in the souvenir market can be aggresive but not as bad as labadee. Jamaica also is great for buying alcohol. Prices are cheap and you can get great 2 for 1 deals. Grand Cayman was my least favorite. We did an island tour and shopped. The shopping there is the most expensive of any of the other islands you will visit. I wouldn’t suggest shopping there. Also the tours at the port are much cheaper than the ones through the ship. Cozumel was a great port, my fave. If you want to visit the ruins I suggest you organize it via the cruise as it takes time to get to and get back. Cozumel has great shopping. It’s cheap and you can get everything from jewelry, liquor, to clothes and home decor. Take a taxi to the main area and just walk around. Carlos and Charlie’s is a good place to visit. There you’ll run into a lot of people from the ship, crew and passengers, its where everyone goes to drink and have fun.
no i havent but i have hear great things about it..will be going either this year or next year..enjoy! =)
